About Derek Flack

Derek Flack, DO, is a family medicine physician with experience providing comprehensive outpatient and urgent care for patients of all ages. He is committed to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care that supports prevention, early intervention and long-term health.

Throughout his career, Dr. Flack has cared for patients in primary care clinics, urgent care and emergency department settings. His experience includes family medicine procedures, acute care, pediatrics, women’s health and inpatient medicine. He also has experience overseeing and instructing advanced practice clinicians.

Before becoming a physician, Dr. Flack worked as an emergency medical technician and a clinical laboratory scientist. His broad clinical background informs his practical approach to comprehensive, compassionate care.
